Hard to believe but these are the claims of a relatively new weight loss diet called the Skinny Switch Secret. It was created by Rob Nevins who is said to have helped over 40,000 people lose weight presumably with this system.
The Skinny Switch Secret created some buzz early in 2009 when it was featured in infomercials on National tv as part of an advertising campaign.
The big question is...does the Skinny Switch Secret diet work and will it help you to actually lose weight?
How The Skinny Switch Secret Works
In order to determine if the Skinny Switch Secret diet works, we first need to understand how it works.
The Skinny Switch Secret customizes your meal plans by asking you to set up a quick profile before you begin. This involves answering some simple choice questions and some personal information (name, age, gender etc.).
The most important part of the diet is the eating plan where you're asked to follow a 3 day program where you eat all you want on days one and two and then you 'treat' yourself to whatever foods you can't live without on day three.

If this is so wonderful and works so well and He is not just in it for the money aspect.......than why not offer the program through a written book for all of the public to get educated and try out the claim.? I for one WOULD invest in a 25.00 book but not a 150.00 web site!

I agree about Fat Loss 4 Idiots still being the top one!
For some of those who lose weight, losing weight means you can not eat enough to pay for their own things, can not just eating junk food, can not eat one day casual breakfast, lunch and dinner there. This life can be a very painful thing, when you can not do what you want to do the hell kind of heart is simply a man insane. But I think we can be so distressed after, and the birth of a new weight loss drugs, and he allows us to easily lose weight without dieting, my friends, what do you still hesitate to hurry to start our new Life!
it sounds to me the fat loss 4 idiots diet is less complicated n cheaper but i was searching the food lover program n it sounds good 2. plus u get everything ship at home instead of looking at the computer. yes is more expensive but u have everything u need in ur hands. RIGHT???
Yes Marizol, that's one difference between the two systems. With the Food Lovers system you get the physical stuff in your hands if you want to go through them while the Fat Loss 4 Idiots is on your computer.
If you have a printer you can print off the Fat Loss 4 Idiots system so you have it in your hands as well. I do that with a lot of stuff that I download.

This site/company rips you off. If you do sign up and do not cancel within 30 days, you will not be able to cancel for one year. The terms and conditions can not be found on their site. You see them once when you sign up and that's it. The diet is confusing and the company is a rip off artist. Don't sign up unless you have $150 to waste.
